Small magnets keep the handles in either the open or closed position. Put it in your pocket or tool box and don't worry about a thing.

I do ship worldwide. Just select your region at checkout. All customs forms will be completed accurately for everyone's protection. International shipping, however, can be quite slow, especially these days, so your patience is appreciated.
