When will my Balloon Striker ship?
Generally your Balloon Striker will ship within one week. However, because we make these by hand, if we get an influx of orders we may be delayed by a week or two.
Do you ship internationally?
I do ship worldwide. Just select your region at checkout. All customs forms will be completed accurately for everyone's protection. International shipping, however, can be quite slow, especially these days, so your patience is appreciated.
How long does it take to ship?
Once your order ships, within the United States it is usually 3-5 days. International shipping generally takes much longer. The quotes I see when I purchase shipping labels usually say 3-4+ weeks. You will get a tracking number and can monitor your Striker's location.
What is your return policy?
I will accept returns but you will still pay for all shipping costs. To make it as easy as possible for you I will send you a return shipping label via email. Once the product has been received, you will be refunded your purchase price minus all shipping costs.
Does the Balloon Striker come with a Warranty?
Your Balloon Striker has a 1 year warranty against defects and damage through normal use. Warranty excludes damage to pins. Warranty excludes damage from neglect or abuse. For example: do not leave your Striker in a hot car or it may warp. Do not let your dog chew on your Balloon Striker. Contact me if you have any questions.
Privacy Policy:
You give me your name and contact information so I can send you your products and get ahold of you if needed. I don't sell your info.
Safety:
Balloon Striker is not a toy. Exercise caution when using. Keep out of reach of children. Eye protection is recommended. User assumes all responsibility and risks while operating the Balloon Striker. For balloon popping use only. Do not use your Balloon Striker to attack and plunder a neighboring village or lay siege to a nearby government.
Do you offer any discounts or sales?
I want you to know that I value you as a customer. Discounts punish early buyers. It's essentially saying to the loyal customers who bought earlier that "you're a sucker for buying when you did and you should have waited." I don't want anyone to feel like they got a "worse" deal so I don't ever discount/devalue my product.
Then why do you have a discount code spot at checkout?
On rare occasions if I need to make something right for a customer I'll make a specific one-time code for them. Or if there is a balloon convention I might make a group specific code to save the customers some money and I can save shipping costs by sending them all together.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Since we make these one at a time by hand we don't offer traditional wholesale pricing but we do have a bulk order price for balloon stores. There is a waitlist and we are currently a few months out on bulk orders.
No matter your question, please reach out either by email, the contact page here, or via instagram messages and I'll get back to you soon.
